About The Position

AAM is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Supply Chain Co-op position. This role involves supporting the Plant Supply Chain Management team, reviewing and updating internal reports to support the consolidation of plant metrics, and improving/streamlining the reporting process. The position also ensures the integrity of plant data, monitors applicable reports, assists with resolving supplier and customer issues, runs projects as provided by the SCM team, and supports annual physical inventory and cycle-counting processes. The co-op will work closely with other departments within the organization and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain/Business Administration Program.
  • Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with basic supply chain principles required.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduation date of December 2026 or later preferred.
  • Prior work/intern/Co-op experience in Supply Chain/Business Administration is preferred.
