About The Position

AAM is looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual to fill our Supply Chain Co-op position. This role will support the Plant Supply Chain Management team by reviewing and updating internal reports to support the consolidation of plant metrics. The co-op will also work to improve and streamline the reporting process, ensure the integrity of plant data, and monitor all applicable reports. Additionally, the position involves assisting with the resolution of supplier and customer issues, running projects as provided by the SCM team, supporting annual physical inventory and cycle-counting processes, and working closely with other departments within the organization. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate Supply Chain/Business Administration Program.
  • Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with basic supply chain principles required.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Graduation date of December 2026 or later preferred.
  • Prior work/intern/Co-op experience in Supply Chain/Business Administration is preferred.
