The Supply Chain & Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting end-to-end supply chain and logistic operations to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and accurate movement of materials, products, and information. This role serves as a key liaison between procurement, warehouse operations, transportation providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize logistics processes, and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and logistic principals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, Operation Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, Logistics, inventory management, purchasing, or a related operational role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment experience preferred.
