About The Position

PepsiCo Foods Canada is seeking talented individuals for its Supply Chain Leadership Program, starting in Fall 2026. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree completed within a year of the anticipated start date.
Strong leadership, passion, and a desire to make an impact.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated by the ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve complex or difficult situations, and meet deadlines or targets.
Competitive and team-oriented focus with a winning attitude.
Graduated within the past year, or anticipate graduating within the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

Work on assignments that require performing cost/benefit analysis and balancing cost, quality, service, and people.
Develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coach them on performance processes.
Identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives, such as reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front-line employees, process changes, and product & packaging waste reduction.
