About The Position

This position is for a 3-year Rotational Leadership Development Program starting in June 2027. The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) at Clorox provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through three diverse roles within key areas of our Supply Chain Organization. During each of the three 12-month assignments (Technical, Manufacturing, and Business), participants will own their functional role while also completing the Leadership Development programming and activities. Participants will gain invaluable networking opportunities and access to Supply Chain leaders as they hone their business acumen and leadership capabilities. The program is seeking well-rounded, intelligent, driven individuals who have the passion to become a future leader at Clorox. This role offers the chance to quickly broaden experience with a company that values talented, hard-working people. The primary location is Alpharetta, GA (near Atlanta, GA). The Manufacturing rotation may require relocation to another U.S. Clorox Plant location. Travel is required for SCLDP Programming, and role-based travel may be required depending on the group assignment.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment
• Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Logistics & Transportation, Mathematics, or related field
• Not currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships

Nice To Haves

• Previous Supply Chain or Business internship/work experience
• Manufacturing experience
• GPA Required 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities

• Expand knowledge through gaining technical experience as a member of one of our Operations Services groups including but not limited to quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project management.
• Get true manufacturing experience by joining one of our U.S. plants where you’ll directly contribute to the success of our plant operations through group activities including but not limited to process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement. This rotation is intended to develop leadership skills and will include supervisory responsibility.
• Hone business skills as a member of one of our Support Services group activities including but not limited to logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving and solution recommendation and implementation, interfacing with customers, vendors, and partners, and assisting with other internal and external initiatives.
• Quickly get up to speed and deliver solid results in functional assignments.
• Complete the Leadership Development programming requirements of an SCLDP.
• Participate in leadership learning & activities.
• Gain exposure to other facilities (internal & external) and cross-functional teams.
• Actively seek leadership experiences inside and outside of the functions.
