Supply Chain Leadership Development Program - Technical Track (June 2027)
About The Position
This is a 3-year Rotational Leadership Development Program starting in June 2027. The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (SCLDP) at Clorox provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through three diverse roles within key areas of our Supply Chain Organization. During each of the three 12-month assignments (Business, Manufacturing, and Technical), participants will own their functional role while also completing the Leadership Development programming and activities. This program offers invaluable networking opportunities and access to Supply Chain leaders as participants hone their business acumen and leadership capabilities. The program is seeking well-rounded, intelligent, driven individuals with the passion to become future leaders at Clorox. The position is primarily located in Alpharetta, GA, with potential relocation for the Manufacturing rotation to another U.S. Clorox Plant location. Travel is required for SCLDP Programming and may be required for role-based assignments depending on group assignment.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment
- Recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant degree
- Not currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program
- GPA Required 3.0 or higher (preferred)

- Previous Supply Chain or Engineering internship/work experience
- Manufacturing experience

Responsibilities
- Expand knowledge through gaining business experience in Supply Chain Support group activities including logistics analysis, customer relationship management, order management, problem solving and solution recommendation and implementation, interfacing with customers, vendors, and partners, and assisting with internal and external initiatives.
- Gain manufacturing experience by contributing to plant operations through group activities including process engineering, production supervision, and continuous improvement, with supervisory responsibility.
- Hone technical skills as a member of Operations Services groups including quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project management.
- Quickly get up to speed and deliver solid results in functional assignments.
- Complete the Leadership Development programming requirements of an SCLDP.
- Participate in leadership learning & activities.
- Gain exposure to other facilities (internal & external) and cross-functional teams.
- Actively seek leadership experiences inside and outside of the functions.
