About The Position

Threads Uniform Agency is seeking a motivated, organized, strategic team lead to join their Operations Team as a Supply Chain Lead. This role will be focused on optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, product development, logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution. This role will work cross-functionally across multiple areas to create the best possible outcomes for clients. Threads Uniform Agency is a client-centric producer of uniforms and has outfitted over one million members of the nation's workforce.

Requirements

• Highschool or GED required
• At least 10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience.
• Strong ERP skills.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Proficient in Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Maintain supply chain strategies.
• Work with the Warehouse Team on transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Assist with demand and inventory planning to ensure product availability.
• Maintain inventory control systems.
• Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to drive data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Mentor a high performing team.
