About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Al Supply Chain Solutions Lead to shape and drive the application of artificial intelligence across our business, with a focus on the Energy industry. This high-impact role will serve as both a strategic advisor to executive leadership and a technical lead in the identification, design, development, and implementation of Al solutions that improve safety, productivity, and decision-making across the business. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy and technical innovation, helping us integrate Al into the foundation of how we design, build, and deliver mega-projects in the Energy industry, focused on building safer, smarter, faster, and more sustainably. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in related field and 10-13 years of relevant experience in AI, data science, or digital transformation roles that combine technical delivery with business impact or 14-17 years industry work experience
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical Al solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Solid technical background and/or hands-on knowledge of Al/ML technologies, including machine learning frameworks, natural language processing, enterprise data architecture, computer vision, and LLM-based tools
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
Advanced level Azure Cloud and Azure Al stack experience
Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative Al
Understanding of data privacy, security, and Al ethics in enterprise applications
Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Al
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Previous work in or familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments
Experience with construction productivity tools, safety analytics, digital twins, or predictive maintenance use cases
Certifications in Al/ML (Azure Al Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning, etc.)
Python programming skills
Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch or Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit
Experience in Azure Databricks, PowerBl or visualization platforms

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and a comprehensive enterprise Al strategy aligned with business goals, digital transformation, and competitive differentiation
Advise senior leadership on where and how AI can deliver the most value across functions (engineering, construction, supply chain, operations)
Assist in building and prioritizing a portfolio of high-impact Al initiatives, from quick wins to more transformative solutions
Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative Al/ML solutions, managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and updates
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to architect and deliver end-to-end Al solutions
Oversee proof-of-concept pilots and guide them through testing, deployment, and scaling phases, coordinating with internal resources and third parties as required
Ensure Al solutions are explainable, responsible, secure, and aligned with ethics, governance and compliance standards
Partner across functional and project teams to embed Al capabilities into core business processes and digital workflows
Identify and resolve organizational barriers to Al adoption, including change management, data readiness, and upskilling
Serve as an internal evangelist for Al, building awareness and educating teams on tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI platforms, and predictive analytics
