About The Position

HYVE Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards. This role will support AI-driven supply chain initiatives by partnering with the Supply Chain Data Analytics & AI Lead to execute projects across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning. The associate will analyze and prepare data for AI/ML use cases, develop and maintain analytical models, and translate business problems into data solutions. They will also validate and monitor model performance, create dashboards and reporting tools, support the deployment of AI solutions, identify new AI opportunities, and ensure data quality and governance.

• Experience tracking outputs, identifying gaps, and continuously improving models
• Experience building visualizations to communicate insights, trends, and AI outcomes
• Experience assisting in implementing models into business processes and tools
• Ability to proactively spot areas where AI/analytics can improve efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance decision-making.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems used for analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-driven supply chain initiatives
• Partner with the Supply Chain Data Analytics & AI Lead to execute projects across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning.
• Analyze and prepare data for AI/ML use cases
• Extract, clean, and structure data from ERP and planning systems to enable accurate modeling and insights.
• Develop and maintain analytical models
• Build and refine statistical and machine learning models to improve forecast accuracy, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
• Translate business problems into data solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders (planning, procurement, logistics) to understand challenges and convert them into analytical or AI-driven approaches.
• Validate and monitor model performance
• Track outputs, identify gaps, and continuously improve models based on real-world performance and feedback.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools
• Build visualizations to communicate insights, trends, and AI outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support deployment of AI solutions
• Assist in implementing models into business processes and tools, ensuring they are usable and adopted by operations teams.
• Identify new AI opportunities
• Proactively spot areas where AI/analytics can improve efficiency, reduce cost, or enhance decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and governance
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across systems used for analysis and modeling.
