This position is responsible for monitoring, ordering, stocking, and transporting supplies and/or equipment for the organization. The role ensures timely delivery of stock/inventory, maintains storeroom inventory levels, and manages the timely removal of expired products. It also involves investigating and troubleshooting inventory issues, maintaining accurate tracking records, and minimizing stock expiration through adherence to stock rotation guidelines. The Inventory Clerk will engage with customers regularly to ensure good service, requiring a professional presence to interact effectively with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
