About The Position

This internship offers the opportunity to support strategic supply chain projects that impact key performance measures across the organization. The intern will assist with research, analysis, and project execution, as well as tracking and reporting key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. The role involves analyzing supply chain data to uncover trends, evaluate processes, and recommend solutions for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved inventory performance. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining documentation for supply chain requirements, procedures, standards, and processes, and providing support to manufacturing sites and business teams in adopting company-standard supply chain tools and processes. Additionally, the intern will participate in business system testing and validation, assist with process improvement initiatives using supply chain tools and business processes, and gain exposure to global supply chain operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field
  • Zero (0) years of related experience
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person at our Shakopee, MN location
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic supply chain projects that impact key performance measures across the organization by assisting with research, analysis, and project execution.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives by utilizing supply chain tools and business processes that support an integrated supply chain strategy.
  • Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
