As the Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager, you’ll support the execution and enablement of initiatives that contribute to the evolution of Best Buy’s Fulfillment and enterprise strategies. You will create visibility, structure, and coordination needed to deliver cross-functional initiatives at speed. You will be responsible for identifying key strategic priorities, cultivating ideation, serving as a catalyst for change, actively engaging in solution design, and leveraging data-driven metrics to support desired business outcomes. You will perform analysis, interpret and build hypotheses, and initiate solutions by bringing strategic perspectives and insights to the team. This role will work cross-functionally across teams, pyramids and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results for complex business problems and strategic initiatives. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting, and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.
