About The Position

As the Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager, you’ll support the execution and enablement of initiatives that contribute to the evolution of Best Buy’s Fulfillment and enterprise strategies. You will create visibility, structure, and coordination needed to deliver cross-functional initiatives at speed. You will be responsible for identifying key strategic priorities, cultivating ideation, serving as a catalyst for change, actively engaging in solution design, and leveraging data-driven metrics to support desired business outcomes. You will perform analysis, interpret and build hypotheses, and initiate solutions by bringing strategic perspectives and insights to the team. This role will work cross-functionally across teams, pyramids and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results for complex business problems and strategic initiatives. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting, and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Retail Operations, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in program/project management, consulting, or a comparable role supporting cross-functional work
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, facilitation)
  • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build governance, operating rhythms, and executive-ready communications
  • Working knowledge of fulfillment, last-mile delivery, transportation, and/or supply chain network operations
  • Experience developing strategy, defining success metrics, and driving adoption through influence

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of supply chain strategies to achieve key project / program objectives while balancing risk, reward, cost, and sustainability
  • Represent the business in defining needs, making trade-off decisions, and delivering solutions
  • Monitor progress against program timelines, proactively identify risks, and drive resolution of issues to keep initiatives on track
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to ensure progress against program goals
  • Contribute to the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track initiative performance and impact
  • Identify and analyze data to build insights and hypotheses
  • Set goals and establish timelines in support of key business objectives
  • Develop and manage productive internal and external relationships
  • Execute regular program reviews across levels and partners, and lead communication rhythms
