About The Position

AAON is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by tracking purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Requirements

Minimum HS Diploma or its equivalent.
Minimum industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS office with advance Microsoft Excel skills.
Attention to detail.
Good decision making, problem solving and excellent organizational abilities.
High school level mathematical skills.
Ability to communicate in English effectively in written and spoken form.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Recognize opportunities for improvement and implement corrective action proactively.
Organize and complete daily task requirements.
Daily PO tracking administration.
Maintain business-professional contact with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure work orders are created for requests.
Purchase orders must be entered accurately and correctly in a fast-pace mode.
Filing old purchase orders daily.
Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in fast pace work environment.
Use of various computer systems and software.
Assist others as needed.
Use of Microsoft office software.
Occasionally meet with internal team members, suppliers and or customers.
Work with vendors and team members to meet customer expectations.
