Supply Chain Digitalization and Data Analytics Specialist
About The Position
This role supports the development and implementation of digital tools, reporting solutions, and data-driven process improvements to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across Supply Chain operations. The Specialist develops dashboards and reporting tools, explores AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows, and maintains reliable supply chain process data. The position partners with Supply Chain colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital solutions, improve operational performance, and support adoption through end-user training and guidance. The role also supports digital documentation management, using document management systems, structured markup languages, applicable compliance standards, and basic scripting or automation tools to improve document organization, formatting, control, and efficiency. Travel of up to 10% may be required as business needs dictate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3–5 years of supply chain experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in data analytics and data visualization, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.
- Experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
- Strong background in data analytics and data mining, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience developing AI agents for business processes.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with peers, business partners, and management.
- Ownership, accountability, and initiative when working independently and in teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and support prioritization of process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or other suitable database and visualization platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify valuable use cases for AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to automate business processes, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate, reliable, and relevant supply chain process data for business tracking and decision-making.
- Partner with Supply Chain team members and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy digital solutions that improve process visibility and operational performance.
- Evaluate tools, data sources, and process improvements that enhance the delivery, interpretation, and use of business information.
- Support the creation of digital tools to visualize, monitor, and optimize work across Supply Chain processes.
- Support digital documentation management using document management systems, structured markup languages such as XML/HTML, applicable compliance standards, and basic scripting or automation tools.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users to promote adoption and effective use of digital solutions.
