About The Position

This role is a 12-month student position within the Global Serialization Program team, focusing on data analysis, system development, and project implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Studies focused on Supply Chain or Operations Management.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with employees in different positions (Technicians, Managers, Coordinators, etc.).
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
Knowledge of basic Healthcare regulatory requirements would be helpful.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated Pharmaceutical or Bio interest is an asset.
SAP, Power BI, and MS Access would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Support process improvement projects integrating with Global Supply Chain, Operations, IS, and other related partners to ensure successful implementation of projects and processes.
Provide daily support to the Global Serialization Program team, responding to needs for process and data analysis.
Identify opportunities for analysis and improvement and make recommendations.
Own process improvement projects integrating with Global Supply Chain, Operations, IS, and other related partners to ensure successful implementation.
Gather, organize, and analyze information pertinent to operations and supply chain, presenting summary information and recommendations in project reports.
Assist the Global Serialization team in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Liaise with internal customers, support groups, and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis.
Work in a team approach environment for problem-solving.

Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
