About The Position

Darigold is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. The Supply Chain Data Analyst supports Darigold's Bulk Fluid Transportation team through data and financial analysis. In this role, you will own the development of data models, dashboards, reporting and decision support tools for a team of transportation planners and team leadership. The ideal candidate is adept at breaking down complexity, delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements across the team. This role combines technical data skills with business acumen to build reporting infrastructure, optimize hauling and carrier costs and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Darigold's Bulk Fluid Transportation team manages the movement of raw milk across the Pacific Northwest, coordinating carrier networks, route planning and transportation economics for one of the largest dairy cooperatives in the U.S. We are actively building out our analytical capabilities — developing cost models, performance dashboards and decision support tools that directly shape how we plan, negotiate and operate. This role is central to that effort. Darigold is the fifth largest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume and one of the largest privately held organizations headquartered in the state of Washington. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, supply chain or operations role.
• Demonstrated success developing and deploying Power BI semantic models and reports.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power Query and Dataflows for querying, cleaning and transforming data.
• Demonstrated success applying critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, including an expert-level proficiency with Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel on occasion (less than 5%, regional within the Darigold Pacific Northwest footprint).

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or modeling.
• Familiarity with linear optimization concepts and tools.
• Experience with transportation management systems or ERP data environments.
• Demonstrated experience using LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT to increase personal or team productivity and automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data management, reporting and analysis dashboards and decision support tools using Power BI, SQL, Python or similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain transportation cost analysis and reporting — including lane-level cost modeling, carrier rate analysis and fleet performance metrics — to support transportation planning and carrier management decisions.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models and reports that serve as the team's primary analytical infrastructure.
• Identify, lead and execute process improvement and automation initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort across team workflows.
• Lead small-scale projects independently and participate as a subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams.
• Effectively communicate the results of analyses and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
