The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling a master requirements schedule by balancing customer requirements with parts availability. This role involves communicating requirements and delivery schedule changes to stakeholders, including external customers, and analyzing the potential impact of these changes on customer milestones. The coordinator will also be responsible for developing and delivering customer briefings regarding order status and fiscal position, and for compiling and analyzing material, financial, and data requirements from multiple program sites to ensure company and contractual requirements are met. Collaboration with stakeholders, operations, and supply chain management is key to appropriately managing requirements, acquisition, and delivery schedules. The role also includes acting as the key contact for the analysis of new orders and change orders from customers, performing demand and delivery analysis, and working with procurement to establish delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
