Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Hands-on warehouse experience required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Highly detail-oriented and methodical.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well under pressure and adapts to changing priorities.
Strong team collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

ERP, especially SAP experience strongly preferred.
Experience with IT and networking equipment preferred.
Background in renewable energy or networking-related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage receiving and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Inspect and test incoming goods, process RMAs with vendors when needed.
Oversee the full shipping process, including label creation, freight booking, tracking, issue resolution, and timely client updates.
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory; conduct regular cycle counts.
Monitor warehouse access to prevent unauthorized entry.
Procure project-related materials and office supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate product and inventory records in ERP and other systems.
Manage warehouse supplies and overall environment.
Provide general administrative support and assist other departments as needed.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements as the company scales and needs evolve.
