Interstates is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team. The Supply Chain Coordinator will support our project teams by being the point person for all supply chain needs. Requirements

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, such as a kickoff meeting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter and passionate about serving their internal and external clients.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors
  • Bluebeam software experience

Nice To Haves

  • Construction background supporting a Supply Chain team (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and vendors
  • Set expectations for equipment and material schedules with internal teams and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors through regular check-ins
  • Solicit and review quotes for accuracy
  • Provide bid analysis and recommendations
  • Act as the point person for all supply chain needs of the project teams
  • Other duties may be assigned
