About The Position

ABS Global, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity! We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and warehouse operations within our manufacturing and laboratory environments. This role is responsible for receiving, shipping, inventory management, ERP transactions, and cross-functional coordination to ensure materials are available when and where they are needed. The Supply Chain Coordinator will also identify opportunities to improve material flow, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy while supporting operational excellence across the business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements to support operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within company systems.
  • Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation efforts.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, laboratory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment activities to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Track and manage material movements while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Utilize material handling equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory management, material flow, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and other administrative supply chain activities as needed.
