About The Position

At Sikorsky, we support mission-critical Naval Hawk programs by delivering advanced supply chain solutions that ensure operational readiness, program execution, and long-term sustainment success for our military customers. Our teams drive affordability, performance, and execution excellence across complex aerospace and defense programs through disciplined planning, earned value management, and strategic supplier engagement. As a Control Account Manager (CAM) for Sikorsky Naval Hawk Programs Supply Chain, you will lead all technical, cost, and schedule responsibilities associated with assigned control accounts. You will oversee risk management, capacity planning, proposal support efforts, schedule negotiations, metrics development, earned value performance, and program status reporting to ensure successful execution of program objectives. The selected candidate will perform all assigned Earned Value Management System (EVMS) responsibilities, including work authorization requests, estimate at complete (EAC) reviews, schedule status updates, variance analysis and reporting, and development of comprehensive EACs. You will collaborate closely with program leadership, finance, planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive execution performance, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain program commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • SAP manufacturing system and managing complex systems and components.
  • Component qualification process
  • Negotiating long-term pricing as well as terms and conditions
  • US Government FAR/DFARS and DPAS requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Certified CAM with prior program experience
  • Knowledge of EVMS processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program execution
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements, schedules, and contractual deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier performance and subcontract relationships.
  • Support large proposal efforts.
  • Manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
  • Analyze supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to support program execution.
  • Manage purchase order placement, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Interpret technical requirements, schedules, and contractual deliverables.
