As the Supply Chain Co-Op, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our supply chain operations, taking charge of planning warehouse inventory levels to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with multiple departments, understanding the intricacies of our operations, and play a crucial role in refining our workflows. Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.
Completed Sophomore year of college.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and finding.
Minimal to no travel required.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and possess a high level of organizational skill.
Must be able to work in an office environment aligned with the hybrid work schedule in place at ICL.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies.
Familiarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio.
Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency.
Engage with different departments and global teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's supply chain operations.
Regularly update management on the status of the distribution network in North America.
Assist in preparing monthly reports to interface with international partners to maintain target inventory levels in North America.
