About The Position

Perform investigations into Production Orders not flowing through the production floor. Document WIP and Inventory discrepancies/issues found in excel. Enter approved WIP/Inventory adjustments into the enterprise ERP system per procedure. Organize and document No Demand WIP. Works under direct supervision and follows procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Requirements

1 – 3 years experience of relevant experience in an aerospace or regulated environment.
Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and production orders.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communicator – strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to promote and foster a Continuous Improvement culture both internally and externally.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be a 'U.S. Person', which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted asylum in the United States, and refugees in the United States, or who otherwise can qualify for a license that permits them to hold the position.

Responsibilities

Perform regular cycle counts of WIP at different Work Centers
Review and verify information in ERP system related to Purchase Orders and Production Orders
Identify, tag and segregate nonconforming or no demand material.
Create and disposition Non-Conformances in ERP system for Not Found and No Demand Product.
Close and adjust quantities of Production Orders.
Computer operation (MS Word and Excel). Ability to input, retrieve and compile data/records.
Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Ability to communicate and work with others in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be organized and practice good housekeeping on a daily basis.
Must be flexible and cooperative with a continuous change of work load.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
