About The Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator manages product SKUs, customer orders, quotes, invoicing, renewals, subscription changes, and equipment returns or swaps. The role tracks orders through delivery, records product serial numbers in customer-specific databases, and helps coordinate new customer rollouts. It maintains accurate records and communicates proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution. This is a temporary, remote position for Arizona residents, with a required commitment from mid-November to mid-February; exact dates are TBD. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, 40 hours per week. The hourly rate is $18.

Requirements

Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours.
Must be able to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
CRM software experience; Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and manage product SKUs.
Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders.
Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers.
Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer-specific databases.
Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering.
Support existing customer renewals.
Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers.
Process customer one-time invoices.
Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed.
Maintain accurate records across relevant systems.
Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution.
