Valeo is a global tech company designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent mobility. As a Supply Chain CIM Engineer, you will lead and manage the site's Supply Chain CIM activities. This includes deploying Valeo's supply chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies, and tools across the site and to suppliers. You will oversee shop floor scheduling, supplier logistics guidelines, and physical flows (receiving, storage, shipping, packaging, labeling). The role also involves ensuring supply chain activities support new project introductions and engineering changes, validating supply chain specifications during project milestones, and approving supplier and project VRF requirements. You will support project and purchasing teams by proposing solutions to maximize service levels, minimize logistic costs and inventories, and accelerate physical flows. Additionally, you will participate in FDPR runs, implement corrective actions, perform logistics FMEA, define component and finished goods flows, and support planning and scheduling teams during production start-ups. You will be responsible for project supply chain issues until phase 4 (6 months after SOP) and lead continuous improvement actions in transportation, packaging, labeling, internal flows, scheduling processes, and receiving/feeding/shipping processes. Participation in VPS workshops and the logistics VPS committee, as well as active participation in the -30 plan and labor productivity plan, are also key aspects of this role.
