The Supply Chain Capacity Analyst is responsible for developing and building a capacity model to highlight supply capacity risks over a rolling 12 to 18 month window and escalating supply capacity risks in support of operations. This role involves developing, building, and maintaining a capacity data model that can be automatically updated against the production schedule. The analyst will analyze current capacity across production suppliers, escalate risks, and program manage capacity improvement projects to ensure on-time implementation of capacity increases across the supply base. This position serves as the day-to-day contact with Engineering, Procurement, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain Planning to develop solutions for capacity issues. The role also includes holding regular capacity review meetings with assigned suppliers, developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain Capacity team, and building cross-functional teams to champion continuous improvement initiatives. The analyst will proactively status and update the team on critical supply issues, ensure the accuracy of demand and part master data within MRP, and execute risk management analysis considering past performance data, demand vs. supply, and lead time stack-ups. The role requires working in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player, demonstrating the ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals, and modeling the Singer value of “Everything is Important” while driving the Mission, “A Relentless Pursuit of Excellence.” Other duties as assigned.
