About The Position

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Demand Forecasting, Customer process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis. Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account. This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Client Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics and so on.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3~10 years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
• Forecasting / Demand Planning with retail experience preferred.
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data functions including advanced formulas.
• Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment

Nice To Haves

• SAP/BW/BI Experience also a plus

Responsibilities

• Weekly Demand Forecasting and updating in systems
• Sales Trend Reporting
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date
• Conduct Root Cause analysis
• Managing and resolving matters related to Orders, shipping, and delivery
• Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
• KPI (Baseline Improvement)
• Use of supply chain system for order management and reporting
