Requirements

• Must demonstrate good judgement when carrying out duties as assigned.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS products.
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• College-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with upper management daily.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere – internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Must have the ability to get along with co-workers, management personnel, customers, vendors, and employees in accordance with the company policies while ensuring a harmonious and conductive work environment.
• Excellent regular full time, in the office attendance in support of company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze 3PL volumes, vendor performance, and shipping times to identify trends and potential issues.
• Work with plants, 3PL locations, and transportation carriers to optimize transportation routes and minimizing unnecessary inventory levels.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed and that all reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Use initiative and judgement in making decisions, keeping with CDI’s best interests.
• Perform other duties as assigned
