About The Position

The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Supply Chain team and other related departments. This role ensures that all team members are proficient in using Supply Chain Business Systems tools, processes, and technologies to optimize workload outcomes. The Supply Chain Business Systems Training Lead collaborates with Procurement Agents, Sourcing Category Leads, Category Managers, Supply Chain leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs and implement effective training strategies.

Requirements

Proficient in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, etc.)
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, workflows, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics or Procurement, with a focus on training and development.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers comprehensive training programs that cover all Supply Chain processes and tools, ensuring continuous professional development for all team members.
Collaborates with Supply Chain teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs and gaps.
Develops and maintains training materials, ensuring they are updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.
Designs and manages structured training programs for the Supply Chain team, ensuring alignment with department goals.
Collaborates with the Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems and other department leaders to provide tailored training as required by specific projects.
Tracks the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
