Requirements

• High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Basic understanding of ERP / MRP systems
• Experience sourcing products and working with vendors to drive cost savings
• Able to work collaboratively with different departments

Nice To Haves

• College degree is preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management

Responsibilities

• Engaging with vendors to gather necessary information
• Assessing vendor capabilities
• Collaborating on Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Reviewing bid proposals
• Negotiating contracts
• Maintaining accurate data in our ERP system
• Working closely with suppliers to address non-conformances
• Ensuring compliance
• Issuing purchase orders with precision and timeliness
