About The Position

With a three-decade history on the forefront of the stone market, Best Cheer Stone (BCS) embodies affordable excellence in stone materials. Our goal is to bring the most exquisite stone in the world to fabricators and commercial builders everywhere, pairing the personalized service of a local stonemason with the large-scale capabilities of a global distributor. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, most importantly, Excel.
• Efficient communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin language, required

Nice To Haves

• Prior project & procurement experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle request for purchases.
• Ensure all documentation on ticket is accurate.
• Verify and affix amount of purchase to package.
• Handle questions and concerns about merchandise.
• Track purchase from order placement until it arrives in hands of order placer.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Order Supplies.
• Ensure package arrives on time.
• Verify package meets all customer specifications and customer is satisfied.
• Notify appropriate department of the placement of orders.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and purchase order can be fulfilled.
• Compare prices and expected delivery dates proposed by suppliers.
• Choose the best bid.
• Match purchase orders with shipment.
• Verify billed amount with goods received.
• Handle invoices and forward to according to department.
• Monitor inventory control (ERP) systems.
• Classify priority regulations.
• Coordinate with different parties in global logistics.
• Any other additional tasks as deemed necessary.
