As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to support our manufacturing operations by receiving materials, inspecting incoming components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and staging parts for production. This role is essential to ensuring the right materials are available to keep manufacturing projects moving efficiently and on schedule. Position Summary The Supply Chain Associate plays a critical role in supporting production operations through the accurate receipt, inspection, organization, and staging of materials and components. This position serves as a key link between suppliers, purchasing, inventory, and production teams by ensuring incoming materials meet quality standards and are readily available for manufacturing needs. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and related equipment safely

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, supply chain, receiving, inventory control, or parts handling preferred.

  • Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to become certified through company training.

  • Experience with industrial machinery, fabricated components, mechanical assemblies, or manufacturing parts.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming parts, materials, and vendor shipments.
  • Check parts against purchase orders, packing slips, drawings, or job requirements.
  • Inspect incoming parts for damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect specifications.
  • Label, organize, and store received materials in designated locations.
  • Stage parts and components for production, assembly, and manufacturing jobs.
  • Communicate shortages, damaged parts, incorrect shipments, or quality concerns to purchasing, production, or management.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records and material movement documentation.
  • Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and stockroom organization.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with additional supply chain, warehouse, and production support tasks as needed.
  • Remain self-motivated and proactive in keeping work orders and production activities moving forward.
  • Learn and assist with pallet building and support other departments when required.
