About The Position

Corteva Agriscience is seeking individuals to join the Seed Operations Development Program (SODP) as a Supply Chain Analyst. This two-year program is designed to launch careers in agriculture by providing end-to-end rotational experience across the North America Supply Chain. Participants will work with various product lines, including corn, soybeans, canola, cotton, and wheat, and will develop professional skills through certifications and mentorship. The program aims to build future leaders within Corteva's Seed Production Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, supply chain, or a related field, with a broad interest in the agriculture industry.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and influencing teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of production agriculture and supply chain science.
  • Supervisory and team leadership experience.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or work experience in agriculture or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, optimizing the flow of seeds across the value chain.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure Corteva's seed products meet market demand efficiently and on time.
  • Enhance seed quality through testing and analysis, ensuring products exceed industry standards.
  • Contribute to designing and executing efficient distribution networks that move products from production sites to customers.
  • Manage seed inventories to ensure the right products are available at the right time to meet global demand.
  • Support forecasting and strategic planning to ensure seamless product availability for Corteva's commercial teams.
