About The Position

Founded in 1958, Club Car was recently acquired by Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC. The company operates a worldwide network of more than 350 dealers and distributors and generates ~$1.5B in revenue annually. Club Car is looking for a high potential candidate to join the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (LDP). The purpose of Club Car’s Supply Chain LDP is to provide a structured environment where you will be immersed directly into various supply chain roles. During which each candidate will be able to harness their unique talents and interests as you rotate through the development program and contribute straight to the company’s overall success.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent concentration required.
  • Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement required.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required.
  • A presence on-site is required to participate in the LDP program.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of Six Sigma (Supply Chain) preferred.
  • Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI or Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various supply chain functions including Material Planner, Production Scheduler, Analyst (SIOP, NPD, Sourcing, Manufacturing), and Associate Category Manager.
  • Take on direct responsibilities for unique roles within each rotation, working alongside current Supply Chain Teams.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Participate in business updates, presentations, and networking opportunities with C-level leadership.
  • Potentially rotate through several different geographical locations based on business needs.
