About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a supportive and collaborative role within Supply Chain Services, helping strengthen our planning processes and provide clear visibility that enables thoughtful decision‑making across the business. This role primarily supports S&OP, with additional opportunities to contribute to reformulation projects, resourcing initiatives, and master data transitions. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Services, you will support the Inventory Team, Master Data, and Order Management Team. The ideal candidate enjoys partnering with cross‑functional teams, bringing forward clear insights, and contributing analytical solutions that help maintain strong customer service levels, healthy inventory, and smooth item transitions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Inventory planning, or analytical roles; consumer goods experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory metrics (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Fill Rate, WOS, E&O) and planning fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, SQL, and other related tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and comfort managing datasets.
  • Demonstrates agility, curiosity, accountability, and innovation aligned with Wilton’s Culture Recipe.
  • Collaborative mindset with a supportive, team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Comfortable working across functions and building positive relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting S&OP, inventory optimization, or item transitions is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and analyze monthly Inventory Control Tower reporting, including DC capacity, aging inventory, excess positions, and customer‑impact risks.
  • Flag emerging issues and proactively communicate inventory risks and opportunities to cross‑functional partners.
  • Support customer and item transition planning by modeling run‑out scenarios and identifying which customers can adopt new formulas without creating service gaps.
  • Assist teams that require analytical support by gathering and interpreting data such as supplier forecasts, capacity constraints, or inventory trends.
  • Translate inventory projections through S&OP, identifying low, excess, or obsolete positions and recommending balanced actions.
  • Analyze inventory turnover and recommend strategies to maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Contribute to special projects focused on inventory optimization, transition management, and continuous improvement.
