Supply Chain Analyst III

TEKsystems•Newark, CA
•$40 - $55•Onsite

About The Position

Enterprise Supply Chain manages warehouse fulfillment, from receiving vendor purchase orders through processing individual user requests and shipping materials to users. Procurement and sourcing are handled by other teams. Process engineering develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse services, while this role helps ensure the managed service provider (MSP) warehouse team follows those procedures and meets service-level agreements (SLAs) and internal customer commitments. The MSP operates the warehouse and manages cycle counts and inventory accuracy; Meta's operating systems, including MES, WMS, and hardware asset tracking, are built in-house. The Supply Chain Analyst III monitors fulfillment, delivery, deployment, returns, and inventory operations; investigates and coordinates resolution of operational issues; evaluates execution against SOPs and SLAs; and identifies practical process improvements. The role also supports asset and inventory reconciliation, vendor and quality monitoring, workload and capacity analysis, AI-assisted reporting, and executive stakeholder communications. Additional work includes serving as the main contact for daily MSP blockers, logging downtime and operational issues through Butterfly forms, rolling out updated SOPs, and coordinating warehouse build and decommission projects. This is a contract position based fully onsite in Newark, California. The posted pay range is $40.00–$55.00 per hour. If eligible, benefits for this temporary role may include medical, dental and vision coverage; critical illness, accident and hospital coverage; a 401(k) plan; life insurance; short- and long-term disability; a Health Spending Account; transportation benefits; an Employee Assistance Program; and time off or leave.
