Supply Chain Analyst/Demand Planner - Tulsa

About The Position

This role focuses on improving demand forecasting and material planning accuracy, maintaining optimal inventory levels for uninterrupted operations, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs, lead times, and supply chain risks. The analyst will also improve supplier, logistics, and operational performance through data-driven analysis and support compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and applicable regulations, while providing timely insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Two to four years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, procurement, logistics, materials management, or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems; Oracle JDE experience preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Oracle JDE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze historical demand, forecasts, inventory levels, and business requirements.
Support demand forecasting, supply planning, and material planning processes.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points, safety stock, and planning parameters.
Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and other supply risks.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to demand accuracy, inventory efficiency, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and contract compliance.
Support sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, reliability, and supply continuity.
Analyze freight spend, transportation efficiency, delivery timelines, and logistics performance.
Support initiatives to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.
Identify process improvements that streamline workflows and reduce operating costs.
Partner with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure planning activities comply with company policies, HSE standards, and industry requirements.
Provide analysis, recommendations, and status updates to leadership.
