The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate or Experienced Fleet Program Manager – Supply Chain, reporting to the 767 and Out of Production Manager, working out of the Seal Beach, CA office. The Fleet Program Manager (FPM) with Program Interface Manager (PIM) responsibilities will serve as the primary supply chain focal for their assigned Airplane Program(s). They will engage with operators, suppliers and internal organizations to solve critical fleet supply chain part issues. Design and create performance dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing industry standard KPI's (key performance indicators). Fleet Program Manager are operators’ first line of communication in working with a sophisticated web of suppliers that provide some of the most critical components. Fleet Program Manager s engage in customers top reliability, safety, cost and delivery issues for supplier components. This role requires a customer centric focus, strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as a One Boeing Supply Chain.
