As a Supply Assistant at Fourth Street Clinic, you'll be at the heart of our mission, playing a vital role in ensuring our nonprofit clinic runs smoothly and effectively. Your knack for organization and attention to detail will shine as you assist in procurement, inventory management, and distribution of essential medical and office supplies across various departments. Collaborating closely with department leaders, you’ll help maintain efficient inventory systems while ensuring timely ordering and delivery of supplies, all while upholding safety and compliance standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving supplies
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards (e.g. SDS)
  • Must be able to pass a background check, including fingerprints.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain support
  • Training or certification in supply chain management procurement or a related field
