About The Position

Provide directional and technical support to Kroger suppliers as they get setup, enter item information and submit for approval through the Kroger Item API. Support best practices for item setup and improving supplier experience. This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule. Communicate effectively via email or Teams call to problem solve with Kroger suppliers in the setup of accounts or items. Create and maintain documentation for processes and frequently asked questions. Help to provide insights to internal teams, suppliers, and Kroger personnel through an understanding of the business need. Work with data quality, item setup, merchandising teams and suppliers. Work with Kroger Technology and Digital Team, Syndigo, Salsify, and 1WorldSync for system support. Professionally and effectively represent PL Marketing with members of the Kroger company and suppliers. Assisting in any special projects as needed. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
• Understanding of Kroger item setup
• Skill and diplomacy in communicating with people
• Capability to collaborate with others and contribute effectively to a team
• Expert organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
• Must be able to remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs. occasionally
