About The Position

Electrolux is seeking a Supplier Quality Tech in Springfield, Tennessee. The role supports supplier and manufacturing quality by training employees on standard work and JDSs, engaging proactively with Operations Leadership to improve NRFT, facilitating cross-functional problem solving, and coordinating with Supplier Quality Engineers on containment initiatives and product releases. The position also generates SMRR reports and communicates with suppliers about defects and containment activities. The job requires working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office, and includes physical activity such as standing for much of the shift and repeatedly bending, stooping, gripping, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds. The position does not offer sponsorship or relocation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of Electrolux experience with working knowledge of required processes, or five years of experience in a manufacturing- or quality-related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in team building and employee motivation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for much of the shift.
