About The Position

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. The Quality Intern will support the Supplier Quality team with developing new Supplier Quality Agreement (QAA) templates, defining a sustainable process, identifying stakeholders, and execute.

Requirements

  • Candidate for undergraduate degree in sciences or engineering
  • Able to navigate in windows-based software.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word styles functionality in developing templates.
  • Able to update SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Supplier Quality team with developing new Supplier Quality Agreement (QAA) templates.
  • Define a sustainable process for QAA templates.
  • Identify stakeholders for QAA template development and execution.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish a reduced number of templates for respective supplier types.
  • Collaborate with supplier quality, supply chain, legal, and other impacted areas to gain buy-in and put the QAA templates in control.
  • Develop a work instruction for each QAA template type.
  • Develop a schedule for QAA periodic reviews and a process for updating with suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
