About The Position

The Boeing Company, specifically Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), is seeking a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Prop A-TG (Air Dominance Proprietary) team. This role is based in Hazelwood or Berkley, Missouri, and supports multiple open positions within the Prop A-TG team. The position is expected to be 100% onsite and operates on a 1st shift schedule. A U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required, necessitating U.S. Citizenship. The role involves providing technical and business guidance for strategic supply chain integration, leading stakeholder relationships and performance, conducting supplier assessments, developing work statements, establishing recovery and corrective action plans, communicating performance, risks, and opportunities, and developing/executing work movement plans.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
  • More than 5 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • More than 5 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
