About The Position

The Boeing Company, specifically Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Prop A-TG (Air Dominance Proprietary) team, is seeking an Experienced Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 3). This role will provide technical and business support to achieve supplier performance targets, develop stakeholder relationships, and evaluate performance throughout all contract phases. The specialist will also conduct supplier assessments, review work statements for procurement strategies and contractual compliance, and evaluate recovery, corrective, and preventative action plans. Additionally, the role involves providing data to communicate supplier performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four years degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
  • More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
  • More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • More than 3 years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
