About The Position

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is recruiting for a Supplier Management & Operational Excellence (SMOx) Co-op for Winter/Spring 2027, from January to June 2027. The position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey. At JJIM, our focus is on treating, curing, and preventing complex diseases by pursuing promising science. We provide medicines across therapeutic areas like Neuroscience, Oncology, and Immunology. JJIM is committed to enhancing the patient experience (Px) through the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization, aiming to create more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences for patients starting treatments across the JJIM portfolio.

Requirements

  • Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future (F1 or H1B requires sponsorship in future).
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, reflective of all college coursework.
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master's, PhD or MD degree.
  • Masters/PhD/MD students must have earned undergraduate degree after May 2025.
  • For Bachelor level candidates, by start date, must be considered a sophomore or above.
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for the full term: January 2027 through June 2027.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated agility to learn and adapt, lead change, and work under pressure and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and working knowledge in analytical software (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDA or regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and deployment of a document management system, including managing document (SOPs) updates and approvals (legal, compliance, privacy), cataloging supplier documents (SOPs), training, and compliance monitoring.
  • Use program analytics, voice of customer, performance dashboards, and monitoring to develop operational insights to improve program and supplier performance.
  • Support sharing of best practices across therapeutic areas.
  • Effectively communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure program execution.
