About The Position

You will lead supplier onboarding efforts for an M&A Source-to-Pay integration, driving strategy and execution to minimize disruption to business operations. You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to design and deliver onboarding processes and readiness plans. This is a fully onsite role in Lehi, UT, where you will coordinate cross-functional execution and report progress to program leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience
  • Experience leading supplier onboarding, procurement transformation, or supplier enablement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
  • Experience managing external supplier relationships
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay implementations
  • Experience with supplier management platforms and ERP systems
  • Experience in acquisition or integration programs
  • PMP certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supplier onboarding workstream from planning through execution
  • Develop onboarding strategies, plans, milestones, and readiness schedules
  • Execute supplier outreach, issue resolution, and readiness assessments
  • Coordinate supplier communications and engagement activities
  • Manage supplier data collection, validation, and onboarding requirements
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to establish onboarding processes
  • Monitor onboarding progress, track readiness metrics and adoption milestones
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular status reporting to program leadership
