About The Position

This role researches and analyzes industry and competitive conditions, customer needs, and supplier needs. The Specialist works with suppliers to coordinate cooperative opportunities, advertising campaigns, and marketing content. The position requires comfort in various settings, from data analysis to confident interaction with senior management regarding supplier strategy and market/competitive strategy. The goal is to contribute to supplier relationships, providing product solutions and unique advantages to both suppliers and customers, positioning Mouser as the preferred partner for suppliers and the preferred provider of products for customers. The role strives to align supplier marketing efforts with Mouser’s strategy, provides product and plan management support to regions to maximize global growth opportunities, and utilizes product marketing opportunities to support new designs and advanced technologies through strategy meetings with Suppliers and/or the Supplier Management team. Additionally, the Specialist works with suppliers to obtain reimbursement for cooperative marketing programs, coordinates the scheduling of supplier marketing activities, and manages other initiatives as necessary to support team and company growth. The role also supports and participates in the company’s total quality process and represents the company professionally, with the ability to promptly answer support-related communications.

  • 1-2 years’ work experience, or an approved combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field is preferred.
