About The Position

HL Mando America Corporation is offering Supplier Development Engineer positions in Hogansville, Georgia. The role involves coordinating supplier development activities from concept through production readiness, including APQP and PPAP deliverables. Responsibilities include reviewing supplier process capability and quality documents such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams. The position also requires assisting with supplier audits and assessments to verify compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer specific requirements. Additionally, the role supports suppliers in implementing corrective and preventive actions for process improvement and defect prevention, and serves as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality) to ensure program readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience working in supplier quality, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering.
• 1 year of experience using APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• 1 year of experience performing supplier audits, process capability reviews, or quality assessments.
