About The Position

Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisory Nurse in the Greenville area. The role supports home care clients, families, caregivers, and nursing staff by providing assessments, developing care plans, training and supervising employees, and monitoring service quality and documentation. The Supervisory Nurse also contributes to quality assurance and continuous improvement while helping ensure clients receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Requirements

Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
One year of pediatric nursing experience.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
Current driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Complete initial nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits.
Develop and update individualized plans of care.
Conduct new employee orientation, skills training, and required education.
Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.
Educate clients, families, and employees on care needs and best practices.
Communicate with case managers and the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Medicaid and company standards.
Monitor service quality and work with employees and families to support exceptional care and customer service.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
