About The Position

Axcess Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisory Nurse in the Greenville, South Carolina area. The role focuses on providing quality home care, supporting caregivers and nursing staff, building relationships with families, and helping ensure clients receive compassionate, high-quality services. The nurse also contributes to employee training, care planning, regulatory and company-standard documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
One year of pediatric nursing experience.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
Current driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Complete initial nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits.
Develop and update individualized plans of care.
Conduct new employee orientation, skills training, and required education.
Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.
Educate clients, families, and employees on care needs and best practices.
Communicate with case managers and the interdisciplinary team.
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Medicaid and company standards.
Monitor service quality and work with employees and families to support exceptional care and customer service.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
